Job summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth across commercial and industrial properties. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop strong client relationships and deliver accurate estimates based on blueprints and specifications.

You will negotiate pricing, coordinate with project managers, and monitor project costs while pursuing new business opportunities through various marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management.
• 5+ years in direct sales in paving, landscaping, or construction.
• Ability to read and estimate from blueprints.
• Excellent math and geometry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and present estimates and bids based on blueprints and specs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company policy.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals, and drawings for project cost estimation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and report on sales goals and territory plan.
