Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate price and terms within company policy
• Prepare estimates for planning, scheduling, bids, and subcontractor selection
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss estimates and resolve issues
• Analyze blueprints and specs to support time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Monitor projects to ensure quality and report progress to PMs and customers
• Develop and report on sales goals and business development plans
