Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Regional travel up to 10% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contract details.
• Communicate status with customers and sales reps.
• Complete Customer Service Representative process certifications.
• Provide admin support and maintain customer specifications.
• Assist with customer feedback tracking and driving customer satisfaction.
• Order office supplies and coordinate internal and customer meetings.
