This role emphasizes accurate order entry, pricing negotiations, and maintaining customer specifications in a fast-paced environment. We value detail-oriented professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to travel regionally up to 10% and learn technical product details.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related role.
• Associate degree or relevant business experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ERP/CRM tools and basic tech concepts.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 10%.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contract details accurately.
• Communicate deliverables and resolve standard service issues with team guidance.
• Complete required Customer Service Representative certifications.
• Support customer feedback tracking and drive satisfaction.
• Arrange internal/customer meetings and provide admin support as needed.
