Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks an Account Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Service team in the South Central region. You will handle orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contracts while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, an associate degree or equivalent business experience, and the ability to travel regionally up to 10%. Location options include Boerne, TX or Houston, TX with strong growth and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn product details.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders & quotes, process RMAs, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with sales reps on deliverables and issues.
• Complete required Customer Service Representative process certifications.
• Resolve standard problems using company policies and procedures.
• Support customer feedback tracking and satisfaction efforts.
• Order office supplies and arrange internal/customer meetings.
