Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking an Account Representative to provide world-class customer care, manage orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, contracts, and customer specifications. You’ll support regional customers, coordinate internal meetings, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service, strong computer skills, ability to travel up to 15%, and experience with ERP/CRM tools. Location near a SEL office in the U.S. preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical sales environment.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn concepts and technical details of products.
• Team-oriented and cooperative work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Engage in regional support: orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing and contracts, customer specs.
• Communicate with customers and global account managers on deliverables and issues.
• Resolve standard problems using policy and experience.
• Assist management with regional performance reporting and metrics.
• Own customer feedback tracking and drive satisfaction.
• Coordinate office/admin tasks and meetings as needed.
