Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a full-time Field Service Manager for the Charlotte, NC area to lead a team of Field Service Technicians and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. You will train staff, perform site surveys, and support regional leadership with administrative tasks and onboarding.

The role requires a vocational technical diploma with preferred water filtration/dispensing experience; OSHA training and strong MS Office skills are essential. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service management and team leadership.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months of employment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with strong customer management.
• Conduct site surveys for plumbing, drainage, and building layouts.
• Prepare reports, expense paperwork, and communications to the Regional Service Director.
• Assist with hires, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
• Serve as substitute for other Field Service Managers or act as Regional Service Director when needed.
• Lead on-call responsibilities in the region.
