Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of technicians in the Columbus/Cleveland area, overseeing installations and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

The FSM will assist the Regional Service Director, coordinate field operations, train staff, perform site surveys, and maintain high customer satisfaction with safe, compliant work practices. Travel may be required, and a valid driver’s license and plumbing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration and related equipment.
• Licensed plumbers preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the region.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Perform site surveys and inspections.
• Submit reports and communications to the Regional Service Director.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Serve as substitute for other Field Service Managers.
• Maintain regular attendance.
