Culligan Quench in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers at customer sites. You will drive a company vehicle and perform routine maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 70+ lbs, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving.
• Valid, active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to record service notes.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform field tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow company safety policies and site procedures.
• Maintain vehicle logs and keep tools organized.
