Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a full-time Field Service Manager for the Jacksonville, FL market. You will lead a team of Field Service Technicians, coordinate installations and site surveys, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the Regional Service Director.

The role requires 2–5 years of management experience, water filtration expertise, and strong communication. Proficiency with ServiceMax/Salesforce and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in field service or related roles.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers or related equipment is preferred.
• Licensed plumbers or plumbing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians in the Jacksonville region.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Coordinate site surveys, installations and on-boarding of new staff.
• Maintain reports and communications with the Regional Service Director.
