Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Jacksonville, FL area to lead field service technicians and ensure high customer satisfaction. The FSM will support the Regional Service Director and oversee installations, training, and on-site surveys.

The role requires 2–5 years of management experience, a vocational technical certification, plumbing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel may be overnight and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field service teams.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months of employment.
• Licensed plumber or plumbing skills preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through superior service.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections for plumbing and building layouts.
• Support the Regional Service Director with onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Occasionally substitute for other Field Service Managers or act as RSD when necessary.
