Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of technicians in the Phoenix region. You will oversee installations, provide guidance, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years of management experience, technical plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with ServiceMax and Salesforce. Competitive salary with benefits and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification required.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee/tea dispensing units preferred.
• Prior management experience, route-based preferred.
• Licensed plumbers or plumbing skills preferred.
• Experience with power tools, ladders and aerial work platforms.
• OSHA 10-hour certified or OSHA training within 3 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections for plumbing, drainage and layout as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports, expenses, payroll, and forms to the Regional Service Director.
• Assist with onboarding and administrative tasks for new hires.
• Act as substitute for other Field Service Managers when necessary.
• Maintain regular attendance.
