Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma seeks an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Midwest/Mountain West. This field-based role requires presenting our regenerative product portfolio, identifying customer needs, and driving sales within the defined territory.

The position emphasizes building lasting relationships with medical spas and dermatology practices, requires travel, and reports to the Regional Sales Director. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of sales management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Favorable background investigation clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
