Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Midwest/Mountain West region. This full-time, field-based role requires presenting products to clients, developing territory strategies, and driving sales across medical spas and dermatology practices.

The position covers multiple states and demands travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a hybrid remote setup. Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of sales leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
• Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
