Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and evaluating refugee programs and reporting.
• Ability to develop and deliver training and provide technical assistance.
• Strong writing skills for reports and technical documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Global Refuge programs for ORR PIR compliance.
• Inform programmatic trends using Excel and database tools.
• Develop program monitoring tools and processes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to affiliates.
• Create resource materials for affiliate partners on the extranet.
• Support funder reporting and grant proposal activities.
• Coordinate on-site and remote affiliate monitoring and site visits.
• Write site visit reports with recommendations and action plans.
• Implement Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
