Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island is seeking a Case Manager to provide wrap-around support for incoming refugees, immigrants, students, youth, and low-income clients. You will coordinate access to services, review and maintain service plans, and help clients achieve self-sufficiency while addressing barriers.

The role will primarily operate at our onsite walk-in center, with potential home visits and community outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to identify client needs and develop effective, culturally sensitive plans.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
