Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of clients into CMS programs.
• Provide oversight of services across all CMS programs.
• Assist in daily operations: housing, expenses, contracts, data collection and reporting.
• Ensure client interactions and follow-ups are documented.
• Train staff on databases and policies.
