Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience working with youth, immigrants, refugees, or diverse populations.
• Experience in case management, documentation, and service planning.

• Manage a caseload of INTEGRITY program participants.
• Conduct intake, assessment, and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate referrals to education, employment, and support services.
