Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Missoula, MT is seeking a Caseworker to support vulnerable refugee and asylee populations, delivering client-centered case management to diverse households.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, individualized plans, navigating social services, and documenting progress in ETO. Hybrid work with field time; position ends 2027-09-30. Pay rate: $23.91-$25.92/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of case management experience with similar populations and/or client needs required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for case management programming and conduct intake assessments.
• Develop individualized plans for each client enrolled in SCM, OIRS, and Youth Health Programming.
• Assist clients in navigating social services and attending appointments.
• Record services and evaluate client progress in IRC’s ETO system.
