Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) Missoula is seeking a Caseworker to support vulnerable refugees and ORR-eligible populations. You will provide strengths-based, client-centered case management using a broad range of services and resources.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of case management experience with similar populations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Pashto, Dari, Arabic, Swahili, or Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for case management and conduct intake assessments.
• Develop individualized service plans for clients in SCM, OIRS, and Youth Health Programming.
• Assist clients in navigating social services and benefits; schedule appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in client files and in IRC’s ETO database.
• Attend trainings and may train volunteers and interns.
