The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in the United States is seeking a Caseworker to provide trauma-informed services to recently arrived refugees and other qualified immigrants to meet basic needs and support self-sufficiency. You will work with clients, staff, and partners to develop service plans and connect them to housing, healthcare, and essential supports.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with refugee/immigrant populations required.
• Ability to document program activities and eligibility accurately.

Mansioni

• Coordinate pre- and post-arrival services ensuring housing, food, medical care, and transportation.
• Conduct intake and develop self-sufficiency plans with clients.
• Provide direct services, referrals, and advocacy to support client goals.
• Input client information into databases and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations to connect clients to services.
