Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Seattle is seeking a Case Management Specialist to provide direct support to refugees and vulnerable populations under the PRIME contract. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, coordinate referrals, and help participants access cash aid, food benefits, medical coverage, and other services.

You will document interactions, participate in trainings, and work closely with the Resettlement Manager and local teams in a hybrid office/field setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or equivalent field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in social services or not‑for‑profit environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs and goals.
• Develop and maintain participant-centered service plans with clear objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, update plans, and ensure timely service delivery and closure.
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external service providers; follow up on delivery.
• Maintain monthly contact with participants to review progress and adjust plans.
• Document all participant interactions in the data management system.
• Assist participants with accessing cash assistance, food benefits, medical coverage, and related resources.
