Job summary

Crescent Parts & Equipment seeks a motivated Refrigeration Territory Manager to grow our business with commercial refrigeration contractors. This outside sales role emphasizes building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering product solutions across construction, remodels, and service projects.

You’ll collaborate with manufacturer reps and Crescent specialists to present products and technologies, drive territory growth, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors.
• Prospect for new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities in new construction, remodels, service work, and equipment replacement projects.
• Partner with manufacturer representatives and Crescent specialists to provide customer solutions.
• Present products, equipment, and new technologies to customers.
• Manage sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and achieve territory growth goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging refrigeration technologies.
