Crescent is seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to grow our HVACR contractor network and drive profitable sales across commercial markets in St. Louis.

You will cover construction, retrofit and service opportunities, coordinating with engineers, distributors and field teams to win new business. In this role you’ll develop territory plans, manage key accounts and stay current on industry trends, energy efficiency and refrigerant transitions while representing Crescent at customer events and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/account management experience with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create account plans and manage multiple customers.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel; learn Crescent systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow contractor relationships across targeted markets.
• Develop account plans to increase sales, margin and market share.
• Monitor construction activity, bidding opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with branch teams and manufacturers to deliver solutions.
• Maintain account records and forecast pipelines.
