Job summary

Crescent Parts & Equipment is seeking a Refrigeration Territory Manager to join our St. Louis team. In this outside sales role, you will build relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors, identify opportunities, and drive territory growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or account management, strong communication, and the ability to travel across the assigned territory. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors.
• Prospect for new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities in new construction, remodels, service work, and equipment replacement.
• Partner with manufacturer representatives and Crescent specialists to provide customer solutions.
• Present products, equipment, and new technologies to customers.
• Manage sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and achieve territory growth goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging refrigeration technologies.
