Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to grow our HVAC and refrigeration offerings across commercial markets. You will work with contractors, owners, and purchasing teams, driving account plans and expanding market share through strategic outreach and expert product guidance.

You will monitor bidding opportunities, coordinate with branch teams and manufacturers, and stay informed on industry trends to position Crescent’s solutions early in projects and replacements.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales or account management.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors and buyers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with contractors, owners, purchasing teams and decision-makers.
• Develop territory/account plans to grow sales, margin and market share; prospect for new contractors.
• Monitor construction activity, bidding opportunities, and equipment replacement demand.
• Provide responsive service coordinating branch teams, specialists and manufacturer partners.
• Maintain account records, sales activity, opportunity pipelines and reports.
• Stay current on industry developments and participate in events.
