Carel USA is seeking an energetic, self-starting Sales Manager to grow our refrigeration customer base across the Midwest. You will communicate Carel’s technology to stakeholders at all levels, from end users to OEMs, and lead efforts to expand market share through demonstrations and tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in HVAC or related field; 5+ years in refrigeration.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations explaining technical aspects.
• Review specifications and prepare proposals and quotations; use internal resources as needed.
• Collaborate with forecasting, R&D, and software teams to suggest process improvements.
• Build and maintain a new business funnel targeting OEMs and regional partners.
• Organize customer meetings, manage agendas, and document CRM visit notes.
• Travel up to 50% to engage customers and grow market share.
