Job summary

Carel USA LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to grow our refrigeration customer base across the Midwest. You will communicate Carel technology to top decision makers, end users, contractors and OEMs, and drive sales through demonstrations and proposals.

The role requires building relationships, traveling up to 50%, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. A technical HVAC background and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with OEMs, contractors and partners.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver product demonstrations and proposals.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration applications and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Review specifications and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with forecasting, R&D and software teams for improvements.
• Identify OEMs and partners to expand market share.
• Travel up to 50% to engage customers and attend events.
• Maintain CRM records and manage customer meetings and quotes.
