Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient calls/messages into the EMR system.
• Coordinate internal and external referrals and schedule appointments.
• Monitor provider schedules and manage add-ons, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Schedule testing, referrals, and follow-up appointments as needed.
• Relate care effectively across diverse populations.
