• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 15 years of sales experience.
• 7 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee referral channel strategy for CPA and bank channels and set in-year and multi-year goals.
• Allocate resources across central channel teams and monitor budget usage.
• Collaborate with market teams and external stakeholders to drive channel initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and regularly review channel performance to provide insights for optimization.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating risks.
