Qualifications

• 15 years of sales experience
• 7 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Oversee Referral Channel Strategy for CPA and bank channels.
• Identify growth opportunities and set in-year and multi-year financial goals for CPA and bank channels.
• Allocate resources across central channel teams to maximize growth across referral channels.
• Monitor and adjust resource distribution based on channel performance and priorities.
• Ensure alignment of referral strategy with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with market teams and business units for cohesive execution.
• Engage with external stakeholders to foster relationships and drive channel initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams on priority channel projects and initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and report channel performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
