Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Central Channel Leader to develop and execute a comprehensive referral channel strategy for CPA and bank channels. You will oversee resource allocation, set growth goals, and align efforts with overall business objectives.

You will collaborate with market teams and external partners, lead cross-functional projects, and establish KPIs to measure performance. Travel about 50% is required as part of this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 15 years of sales experience.
• 7 years in a leadership role.
• Be comfortable with traveling approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Referral Channel Strategy: develop a comprehensive referral channel strategy for CPA and bank channels.
• Identify growth opportunities and set in-year and multi-year financial goals across CPA and bank channels.
• Ensure alignment of the referral strategy with overall business objectives.
• Resource Allocation and Management: allocate resources across central channel teams to maximize growth across referral channels and segments.
• Monitor and adjust resource distribution based on channel performance and priorities.
• Provide input into Market Team resource allocation for referral/advisor priorities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborate with market teams and external partners to drive cohesive execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams on priority channel projects.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: establish KPIs and regularly review channel data for trends and improvements.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks in channel operations.
