Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive new business with referral partners and CPAs, managing a fast-paced pipeline for 1–99 employee clients. You will build trusted relationships and execute a full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
