Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa seeks a Reentry Program Specialist to support justice-involved and veteran clients through a 16-week paid program, providing intensive case management, curriculum, and job-readiness training to foster self-sufficiency.

You will design and facilitate training, coordinate intake and Individual Service Plans, and partner with community providers while ensuring privacy and compliance as participants pursue sustainable employment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in public service or social services.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system or experience with ex-prisoners or addiction recovery.
• Knowledge of veteran support services or experience with veterans.
• Ability to travel throughout the designated region.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive case management and assist participants in identifying social, vocational, and life skills goals.
• Design and facilitate educational and training programs (life skills, financial management, eligibility, etc.).
• Manage intake, needs assessment, and Individual Service Plans; develop financial plans for self-sufficiency.
• Provide information and referrals; maintain privacy boundaries.
• Build relationships with community service providers and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with family, funders, and internal/external contacts.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and program accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up with other agencies.
• Coordinate staff training and involve program participants as mentors.
• Complete required case notes and progress reports.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for reintegration.
