Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years college coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document progress and accountability check-ins with participants.
• Perform sobriety testing and document results.
• Complete intake with participants and assign services.
• Provide general office administration duties including answering phones.
• Offer customer service to participants, visitors and staff.
• Assist case managers with coordination and reports.
• Maintain charts and data in Company database.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and documentation.
