Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Reentry Program Specialist to assist justice-involved and veteran participants in a 16-week paid program that builds soft skills and on-the-job experience.

You will deliver intensive case management and relevant curriculum to support transition to employment. The role requires collaboration with partners, intake and assessment, goal setting, and ongoing support to help participants achieve self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a specialized field; equivalent of four years in high school plus two years of college plus 3 years related experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience in public service or social services
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Valid Driver's License, MVR, and cleared background

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate educational and training programs, including life skills, financial management, and career development
• Provide intensive case management and develop Individual Service Plans
• Conduct intake assessments and prepare action plans for self-sufficiency
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client privacy
• Develop relationships with community service providers and partners
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up in transfers to other agencies
• Prepare progress notes and required documentation weekly
