Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a Reentry Program Manager to lead and expand our reentry programming, guiding a team and shaping strategic direction for services to clients returning to communities after incarceration.

You will supervise staff, develop employer engagement and outreach, manage grants, and build partnerships with community groups, government agencies, and industry leaders to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse teams and enterprise-wide strategy.
• Strong relationship builder with community engagement.
• Knowledge of criminal justice and Fair Chance ordinances.
• Experience with workforce development programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise a diverse team of leads and staff.
• Develop best practices for work readiness, career advising, and job placement.
• Lead employer engagement strategies to create career pathways.
• Develop outreach with community partners and employers.
• Oversee grant contracts and program reporting.
• Participate in external committees and partnerships.
• Establish employer advisory councils.
• Collaborate with Mission Advancement leadership to achieve outcomes.
• Set performance objectives and measure results with staff.
• Identify opportunities for staff development and growth.
• Develop new programming and work with development to fundraise.
• Other duties as assigned.
