Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years college coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience working with minority populations preferred.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Basic database skills; Basic math skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Documents progress and accountability checks with participants to promote rapport.
• May perform sobriety testing and document results.
• Completes initial intake with paperwork and data entry.
• Provides general office administration and customer service.
• Assists case managers with coordination and reporting.
• Files charts and manages data in the company database.
• Responsible for office opening and closing procedures.
• May facilitate orientation and psycho-educational/behavior modification groups.
