The GEO Group, Inc. seeks a dedicated professional to support residents through structured case management under supervision. You will develop program plans, monitor progress, and assist with budgeting, housing, and education to facilitate successful community reentry.

Responsibilities include preparing individualized plans, documenting progress, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with clinical teams and staff to ensure program compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong written English with clear reports; basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies; works with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and structure to residents by managing a caseload and administering program policies.
• Prepares personalized programs with measurable criteria and weekly progress reviews.
• Assists residents to budget, find housing, and enroll in educational or vocational programs.
• Keeps confidential resident files and ensures data security.
• Terminates reports upon resident release to satisfy contract requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates with staff to promote teamwork.
