Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to support residents in developing individualized program plans and achieving successful community reintegration. The role focuses on case management, coordination with partners, and performing supervisory duties as needed.

Under supervision, you will apply the What Works framework and help residents access housing, education, and employment services while maintaining compliance with program policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred when required by obligations.
• Substance abuse or domestic violence certification preferred.
• One year experience as a Monitor or two years in a related field.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and employment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and structure to residents by managing a caseload and applying program policies.
• Develop written program plans with measurable criteria and monitor weekly progress.
• Assist residents with budgeting, housing, education, and employment opportunities.
• Monitor facility sanitation and safety; assign daily chores.
• Orient new clients to the program and explain rules and requirements.
• Maintain confidential resident files and document program participation.
• Assist with job development to verify employment suitability under contract.
• Participate in staff meetings to share observations and improve operations.

Bilingual EN/ES (preferred)
