GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support residents in developing tailored program plans and achieving successful re-entry into the community. The role involves creating personalized goals, tracking progress, and coordinating housing, education, and employment efforts.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in human services or corrections, with strong English writing skills and a focus on safety, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science program from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English using correct grammar.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepares personalized programs for each participant with measurable goals and timelines.
• Reviews plan with residents weekly and documents progress and revisions.
• Assists residents with budgeting, housing, education, and vocational programs to promote financial independence.
• Monitors facility sanitation and safety; assigns daily chores to residents.
• Orientates new arrivals and completes intake paperwork to ensure smooth transition.
• Maintains confidential participant files and secures records.
• Verifies pass plans for accountability in the community.
• Prepares terminal report after resident release to meet contract requirements.
• Participates in staff meetings, sharing observations to improve operations.
• Maintains confidentiality of information; follows privacy rules.
• Adheres to GEO Reentry policies and attendance; may work overtime as needed.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and work is performed safely.
• Communicates effectively to promote teamwork and a cooperative environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
