GEO Reentry Services LLC in Kentucky is seeking a monitors/case manager to support residents under supervision, developing program plans and applying evidence-based practices.

You will conduct intakes, screenings, and assist with budgeting, housing, education, and employment while maintaining confidential files and reporting progress weekly. This role requires strong documentation and teamwork to facilitate successful community reintegration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred for some contracts.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.
• Familiar with community corrections practices and employment services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residents and develop program plans using evidence‑based practices.
• Perform monitor duties: resident intakes, check-ins, breath analysis and drug screens.
• Assist residents with budgeting, housing, education and employment opportunities.
• Monitor sanitation and safety; maintain confidential resident files and documentation.
• Coordinate with Job Developers to verify employment suitability and provide guidance.
• Prepare terminal reports upon resident release and participate in staff meetings.
