Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking a dedicated professional to support residents through structured case management and program adherence in a correctional/reentry setting. You will handle a caseload, apply What Works-informed practices, and train junior staff to maintain program quality.

Responsibilities include preparing individualized plans, documenting progress weekly, assisting with budgeting and housing, and coordinating with Employment Placement to support post-release employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in human services, corrections or community-based services.
• Experience may be substituted with equivalent education/work experience; total years may be 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and structure to residents by managing a caseload and applying program policies.
• Train and assist less experienced case managers and use evidence-based practices.
• Prepare and document progress notes and ensure confidentiality of client files.
• Assist employment services to verify jobs and support reintegration efforts.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish

Written English

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science programs from an accredited college or university

One year of experience in human services, corrections or community-based services

Work experience substituted for academic education (5 years total experience)
