Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a Case Manager to provide support to residents, develop program plans, and administer policies under contract guidelines. You will train and assist other case managers while applying evidence-based practices in daily interactions.

The role involves coordinating with job developers, ensuring compliance with program rules, and supporting residents toward successful re-entry into the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience preferred.
• Substance abuse or domestic violence certification or ability to become certified preferred.
• One year experience as a Monitor or two years of work experience in a related field.
• Familiar with community corrections reentry systems and current practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English using correct grammar.

Responsibilities

• May perform duties of a Monitor including resident intakes and drug screens.
• Prepares written personalized programs for residents with measurable criteria and timeframes.
• Reviews progress with residents weekly to build life skills and independence.
• Assist residents to establish budget, housing, education, and employment plans.
• Monitors facility sanitation and safety and assigns daily housekeeping chores.
• Orient residents on arrival and explain program rules and contracts.
• Maintains confidential resident files and protects privacy.
