Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a dedicated case manager to support participants by developing program plans, managing a caseload, and applying evidence‑based practices in all interactions.

Responsibilities include helping participants budget, find housing, enroll in education and employment programs, and documenting progress while protecting confidentiality; a bachelor’s degree and one year of case management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience working as a case manager is required.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and current practices.
• Familiar with community workforce needs, public and private employment services.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.
• Spanish bilingual preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepares written personalized programs for each participant to establish measurable criteria and timelines.
• Assists participants to establish personal budgets, housing, education, and employment activities.
• Maintains confidential participant files and ensures confidentiality is preserved.
• Sets participants’ schedules and approves activity changes.
• Communicates effectively with staff to promote teamwork.
