Job summary

ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest and rebuild trust with customers who already know ADT. You will re-introduce modern security solutions and tailor proposals to each space, focusing on shorter sales cycles and higher conversions.

In this field-based role, you’ll travel within a designated territory, present personalized security and automation options, and drive referrals and new business while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers with tailored security and automation solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
