US Foods is seeking a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration Technician to ensure a safe, reliable fleet by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment within a maintenance facility. The role requires hands-on experience with reefer systems and certifications, plus willingness to travel for training.

The position is onsite with compensation starting at $36 hourly, based on certifications and experience, and offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualificações

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications.
• Willingness to travel and attend US Foods training.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting reefer equipment repairs.
• PM program administration experience.
• Own hand tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Troublehoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls, coordinate with third party vendors and plan actions with partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety rules/regulations.
• Document repairs and parts used in fleet maintenance software tablet.
• Mentor other maintenance shop personnel and backup to others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
