Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support the Patient Care department by ensuring recurring services are processed accurately and on time to prevent delays in patient order delivery.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, compliance, and delivering a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and communicates effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 8-5am CDT
