Job summary

Common Hope seeks a strategic Recurring Giving Manager to lead Sponsorship, Pathway, and future recurring initiatives in the United States and Guatemala. You will shape donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth while delivering an exceptional sponsor experience.

You will collaborate with Development, Communications, and cross‑functional teams to implement strategy, monitor metrics, and mentor the Recurring Giving Coordinator, ensuring sustainable fundraising growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing, communications, international development, fundraising, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Experience developing donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship strategies.
• Experience managing recurring revenue programs and analyzing fundraising metrics.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Common Hope’s annual recurring giving strategy.
• Lead donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and upgrades for sponsors and recurring donors.
• Provide strategic oversight of sponsorship operations and supervise the Recurring Giving Coordinator.
• Collaborate across Development, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Database Administration, Outreach, and Guatemala teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and strengthen donor experience and lifetime value.
