Job summary

Christianity Today is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager (Mid-Level Giving & Donor Development) to cultivate relationships with Sustaining Partners and emerging major donors, guiding a program of $1K+ gifts and growing a pipeline of future major gifts while moving donor engagement from transactional to relational.

You will manage a caseload of 250–300 donors, optimize Virtuous CRM, lead the Sustaining Partners and The Thread programs, and collaborate with Mission Advancement to meet annual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of fundraising and mid/major gifts experience.
• Christian nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~250–300 mid-level donors giving $1K–$5K+.
• Lead growth of Sustaining Partners and The Thread programs.
• Identify, qualify, and develop emerging major gift prospects ($10K+).
• Maintain updated donor records and produce monthly activity reports.
